With eight employees, Google outgrew its original garage headquarters and moved into this office space in Palo Alto in February 1999. Later that year, the company relocated to its first Mountain View location.

Henryville, Indiana
1890
Col. Harland Sanders, the founder of Kentucky Fried Chicken, was born in Henryville, Indiana in 1890. A historical marker was erected on the site by local franchisees in 1987.
