1927-30 and 1937-40, J. Donald Mills (Mills & Shepherd), architect. English domestic gothic, 3-storey and attic, 4-storey angled plan; coursed bullfaced rubble and slate. Roundel of Swallow Port incorporated in Scores boundary wall.
