1807, with later additions, 2 storey, basement and attic, 3 bay front to south, centre bay advanced and pedimented entrance at ground floor approached by steps has projecting Ionic columned porch. Door has side-lights and a segmental arched fanlight, 1st floor window is tripartite. Wallhead cornice and blocking course, rusticated quoins at angles, piended roof with pair of rectangular corniced stacks at ridge. Central piended dormer to attic. South front is of coursed squared whinstone with freestone dressings, the flanks and rear of coursed squared rubble. To the rear two wings later added to either side of projecting bow NE wing is taller and has a castellated parapet. GARDEN WALLS: tall rubble, with flagged cope. Pair corniced piers with wooden gates to East.
