1860-70, probably A and W Reid, Elgin. Large rectangular gabled single storey and loft steading range with principal elevation facing W. Tooled ashlar W front, harl pointed rubble elsewhere, tooled ashlar dressings. 7-bay W front with slightly advanced and gabled centre bay accommodating tall- round-headed archway with bullfaed ashlar lower course and moulded detailing to arch face supporting carved bull's head as keystone at archway centre. Varied ground floor openings. 3 rectangular loft each side of entrance arch. Gabled S elevation with various ground floor entrances closed by modern sliding doors; series of small loft windows and gable lunettes. Continuous band course. Slate roof with projecting eaves.
