Early 19th century. 2-storey and attic, 3-bay former manse with lower 2-storey and single storey extensions. Harled with droved margins and moulded cills. Stone mullions. S (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: centre bay at ground with broad corniced and pilastered sandstone doorcase, tripartite arrangement of panelled timber door and multi-pane narrow flanking lights; windows in flanking bays (that to right altered to bipartite) and regular fenestration to 1st floor; polygonal-roofed canted dormer windows over outer bays with small cast-iron rooflight to centre. E ELEVATION: gabled elevation with window to right at ground, small window to left at 1st floor and tiny attic window to right. Low single storey bay to outer right with small window and bipartite beyond. W ELEVATION: gabled elevation with 2 windows to each floor and tiny attic window to left; gabled 2-storey projection at outer left with window to left at 1st floor and French window to ground with bipartite above on right return; long low single storey bays projecting from this gable. N (REAR) ELEVATION: variety of elements to asymmetrically-fenestrated elevation. 4-, 8- and 15-pane glazing patterns in timber sash and case windows. Grey slates. Coped and harled stacks with thackstanes and cans; ashlar-coped skews INTERIOR: not seen 2002.
