GV II
House, now a bookshop. Early C19, with late C19 shopfront. Brick, whitewashed, with hipped concrete tile roof and a side wall stack. Dentilled eaves with wooden gutters. 4 storeys, 2 bays. To left, a wooden shopfront with pilasters and bracketed fascia, with recessed glazed double doors, C20, flanked to right by a shop window with glazing bars. To right, a wooden doorcase with cornice, now a window. Above, 2 plain sashes with segmental heads on each floor, those to the fourth floor being smaller. INTERIOR not inspected.
