Shop. C18. Timber-framed and roughcast-rendered; mansard roof with modillion eaves cornice, the lower slope and the half hip on the south slated, the remainder pantiled. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and attics. 2 late-C19 sash windows to the upper storey with a single vertical bar to lights in flush cased frames. One tripartite late-C19 sash window with diminished side lights in a flush cased frame to the ground storey. A 2-light casement window in the south wall of the attic has arched Gothick heads with intersecting tracery to the lights. On the east, a dormer with a lead-covered segmental-arched roof has a 2-light small-paned casement. Entrance door on left with 6 moulded sunk panels, the top 2 glazed. Settlement has made the door frame skew. INTERIOR: not inspected.
