BUCKNELL BAINTON ROAD SP52NE (South side) 4/20 No.13 and attached outbuilding - II

Small house and outbuilding. Mid C18. Limestone rubble with wooden lintels; plain-tile and Stonesfield-slate roofs with brick stacks. T-plan. 2 storeys and single storey. 2-window front of house has 2-light casements at both floors plus a central doorway, and has a single-light window to extreme left; some lintels are chamfered. Roof has a ridge stack, rising to left of the doorway, and a larger stack on the right gable. Lower rear wing returns from left of centre. Single-storey outbuilding, now partly incorporated into the house, breaks forward on the right and is stone slated at the front. Interior not inspected.
