GREAT MILTON THE GREEN SP60SM (East side) 5/138 Weavers Cottage 18/07/63 (Formerly listed as terrace of cottages on SE side of Green)

GV II

House. C17. Colourwashed limestone rubble with timber lintels; thatched roof with brick stacks. 3/4-unit lobby-entry plan. One storey plus attics. Front has central door with irregular fenestration including 3 small dormers. All windows have C20 leaded casements. Left gable wall has projecting stone chimney. Further stacks on right gable and in rear roof slope in line with entrance. Interior not inspected. Cast-iron pump attached to front wall. Forms one end of a picturesque row facing The Green and may be the oldest part.
