NORTH LEIGH CHURCH ROAD SP3813 (West side) 21/171 Harcourt House 12/09/55 (Formerly listed as Harcourt Arms Inn, Church Hill) GV II House. Datestone H.H.1783 over door. Squared and coursed limestone with ashlar dressings; gabled stone slate roof; brick end stacks. Central-staircase plan. 2 storeys and attic; symmetrical 2-window range. Keyed flat stone arches over C20 door with bracketed flat hood and C20 casements. Fire insurance plaque over door. 2 gabled roof dormers. Parallel range with gabled artificial stone slate roof to rear. Interior not inspected but likely to be of interest.
