SP3003-3103 BAMPTON CHURCH CLOSE (South-west side) 13/63 Chest tomb in churchyard of St. Mary's c.10m to S of S transept

GV II Chest tomb. Late C18 with illegible inscriptions. Limestone ashlar. Coved cornice lid with moulded top. Panelled sides with carved cherub heads and rosettes over worn inscriptions. South panel is flanked by panelled pilasters, north panel by fluted pilasters.
