AVEBURY HIGH STREET SU 06 NE (south side) 11/101 Ashdown House and front railings
GV II
House end of row. Early C19. Flemish brickwork with slate roof. Two storeys, and cellar, 3 x 2 bays. Off centre 6-panelled door, the central panels lozenges. Sixteen-paned sash windows with deep gauged brick lintels. Wide outsetting eaves and roof hipped. Front garden walls of brick with concrete copings carrying low cast iron railings of c1900 and central gate on round stanchions with vase finials.
