CHURCH TREES 1. 1146 No. 41 SK 9136 SW 7/106 8.5.50 II GV 2. C18 red brick, mansard roof with 3 dormers, pantiles, stone plinth, brick band between storeys; 3 windows flush frames, with glazing bars; on ground floor late C18 bay windows on either side of door with dentilled cornices, of door with dentilled cornices, doorcase with reeded pilasters, shaped brackets, dentilled cornice and hood; mansard roof heightened probably at same time as addition of bay window.

Nos. 38A to 41 (consec) and Nos. 5, 42 and 43 Swinegate, form a group.
