TQ 2682 SW CITY OF WESTMINSTER WARWICK AVENUE, W9 31/34 (south-west side) Nos 33 and 35 GV II Pair of houses. Mid C19, altered later. Brick, stuccoed with channelled ground floor. Welsh slate roof. 4 storeys, attic and basement, 2 bays. Quoins. Single storey porches with pilasters and cornices to sides containing double doors with overlight. 2 storey bows containing tripartite sashes, pilastered to 1st floor, surmounted by balustrades. Similar 2nd floor windows with cornices on consoles. Floor bands. C20 mansard roof and dormers.
