Cottage. Circa C18. Rendered stone rubble. Thatched roof, hipped at right end and with gabled left end with projecting rendered stack with short tapered shaft with slate weathering. Plan: Small 2-room plan cottage with central entrance; the left hand room heated from a gable end stack, the smaller right hand room unheated. In the C20 a small single storey extension was added at the back and a porch at the front. Exterior: 2 storeys, 1 window range. On the left on ground and first floor a C19 2-light casement with glazing bars and slate sills. Doorway to right of centre with C20 glazed door and large C20 glazed porch. The right hand end has small C20 ground floor window. The left hand end has projecting stack. Small C20 single storey extension at rear. Interior not inspected.
