GV II
Villa. Early-mid C19. Brown brick, Westmorland slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Ashlar plinth and first-floor band. Central leaved 6-panel door below overlight with decorative glazing bars in ashlar architrave, flanked by segmental bay windows with glazing bars and lead roofs. On first floor, 16-pane sashes with wedge lintels. Oversailing eaves. Hipped roof, with stacks rising from hipped returns. Right return: 2 bays; French window and square bay with plate-glass sashes on ground floor; 16-pane sash windows as before on first floor.
