EXELBY, LEEMING MAIN STREET SE 38 NW AND NEWTON (east side) Londonderry 5/83 Littlecroft GV II House. Early C19. Red brick in Flemish bond with Welsh slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Central 4-panel door and fanlight with radiating glazing bars in flush wood architrave with round brick arch. All windows are sashes with glazing bars, stone cills and flat brick arches. Stepped eaves. Shaped kneelers, stone coping and end stacks.
