UFTON NERVET PADWORTH COMMON SU 66 NW 3/17 Sunnyside Farm - II Farmhouse. Late C17 with partial later refacing. Timber framed with brick nogging, some later brick refacing, and old tile roof. 3 framed bays. 2 storeys. End stack to left with bread oven and stack to rear. 3 first floor C20 casements, 2 ground floor segmental headed C20 casements to right, and C20 boarded door and gabled porch to left.
