ST 45 NW WINSCOMBE STATION ROAD Sandford 3/22 Myrtle Farmhouse
II Farmhouse. C.18 with C.19 amendments. Rendered, pantile roof, raised coped verges. 3 brick chimneys. 2 storeys and attic, 4 bays, most have glazing bar sashes with cambered heads, right hand are 3 light casements with cambered heals. Glazed late C.19 porch with crenellated parapet, 6 panel door, upper two panels glazed. Gable lit attic with C.18 casement at west. Low 2 storey extension to rear.
