CATTERICK LOW GREEN SE 29 NW (north side) 8/39 No 24

House and shop. Mid - late C18. Rendered rubble, Welsh slate roof. L- shaped plan, front range of 3 storeys, 4 bays, 2-storey rear wing to right. Main elevation: in third bay, part-glazed door below overlight, with flanking plate-glass square bay windows. To right, blocked doorway with cornice. Other windows in ashlar surrounds, smaller on second floor and with imitation windows on both upper floors in third bay. Sash windows on first floor, 6-pane sashes on second floor. To right, lead rainwater pipe and head. Shaped kneeler and ashlar coping to right. Brick stacks at ends and between bays 1 and 2.
