4/130 Hill House -
- II
House. Mid-late C18. Coursed sandstone, C20 concrete interlocking tile roof. North elevation: 2 storeys, 3 bays. Quoins. Openings have deep lintels. Central C20 part-glazed door below overlight. Sash windows with glazing bars and projecting stone sills. Shaped kneelers, ashlar copings. Brick end stacks. Interior: ground-floor room to left: cupboard with fielded-panel doors next to fireplace which has C18 cast-iron grate, brought from first floor, in ashlar surround.
