LUTTERWORTH WOODMARKET SP5484 1323-0/9/96 (North side) Nos.58-62 (Even) GV II

House. Early to mid-C17 with later alterations. Timber framed, clad and partly rebuilt in red brick; deep tiled roofs. Storeyed hall range with parlour wing to right forming L-shaped plan overall. End stack to main range left with two off-set shafts; ridge stack to wing with a single off-set shaft. 2 storeys. Front: irregular 3-window range; cogged eaves cornice. C19 3-light casements to 1st floor, the lintels breaking the cornice; to ground a doorway and 3-light casement window to left both under segment heads; later shallow projecting windows to right and left. Left return with original framing exposed to gable wall: tie with queen posts and collar. Interior not inspected but may contain features of interest.
