House, now office. Late C18, with C20 alteration. Painted brick in Flemish bond, with painted gauged brick arches and flat timber eaves band. Rear wing of coursed rubble stone. Coped left gable and vestigial kneeler to pantile roof, with truncated brick stack at left end. 3-storey 2-window front. C20 shop front with fluted pilasters, plain entablature and moulded cornice; glazed door and overlight between small-pane windows. 12-pane sashes in moulded frames to first and second floors, taller on first floor, with painted stone sills and keyed flat arches. Rear: wing of 2 low storeys and 2 windows. Blocked doorway at right end with small-pane fixed light to left; 12-pane sash at left end beneath 3-light sliding sash; inserted window at right end of first floor. Timber lintels to all openings.
