KIMBOLTON HIGH STREET TL 095675 (SOUTH-WEST SIDE) 6/33 NOS. 5 AND 7 24.10.51 GV II Originally two C16 timber-framed buildings separated by a passage way and united by common facade in late C18. Two storeys and attics. Roughcast rendered with steeply pitched plain tile roofs. Stack to south-east, rendered stone with brick capping. Wooden coved eaves cornice. Two first floor horizontal sliding sash windows with glazing bars and two similar ground floor windows. Two, six panelled doors. Timber-framed wing to rear of No. 7. Interior to No. 5 has large stone inglenook hearth. RCHM (Hunts) p175.
