SP 1037 BROADWAY CP HIGH STREET (north side) 9/69 Pike Cottage GV II Toll house, now house. Late C18. Squared limestone with stone slate roof. Two storeys, two bays. Windows are casements with plain reveals and leaded glazing except at the left on the ground floor, where there is a canted bay window on a stone base. Door, between bays, has plain reveals. Coped gables. Left-hand gable chimney.
