Table tomb. 1771. Ketton stone. To members of the DALTON family. On a raised base. Fluted pilasters at the corners and along the sides between raised fielded panels. Moulded table top. The panels are all inscribed, though not readily legible: the earliest date ?1769, the next 1771. Immediately to the east of the tomb a stone block on the ground is inscribed 'DALTON The Mouth of ye VAULT 1771'. (Survey of Monuments in the Great Churchyard c.1960: West Suffolk CC).
