GV II
Terraced house. c1750. Possibly built by JI Devall. Darkened yellow stock brick. Stone band at 1st floor level. 3 storeys and basement. 3 windows. Stone entrance with architrave, plain frieze, cornice and panelled door. Gauged brick flat arches to recessed sash windows, some with original glazing bars. Stone bracketed cornice below repaired brick parapet. INTERIOR: not inspected but noted to retain good original features including some panelled rooms and fireplaces. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached cast-iron railings with urn finials to areas.
