Terraced house. 1662-5. Built by T Coxe. Stuccoed c1750, with rusticated ground floor and sill band at 1st floor level. 4 storeys and basement. 3 windows. Round-arched doorway with radial fanlight, sidelights and panelled door. Square-headed sash windows, architraved on 1st to 3rd floors, 1st floor having wrought-iron balconies. Sill bands at 2nd and 3rd floor. Cornice and blocking course. INTERIOR: not inspected but noted to have some simple fielded panelling and original C17 staircase with turned balusters and shaped ends; straight string 2nd floor. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached late C19 cast-iron railings to areas.
