TQ 2782 SE CITY OF WESTMINSTER IVOR PLACE, NW1 34/24 Nos. 6 and 6A G.V. II Pair of terraced houses, No. 6 with shop. c.1815-20 Portman Estate associated with the adjoining Gloucester Place. Stock brick; slate roof. 3 storeys and basement. 2-window wide fronts, No. 6 has altered shop front of which left hand pilastered door and part of fascia survive. No 6A semicircular arched doorway to left; panelled door in pilaster jambs, cornice-head and fanlight; one window to right. Recessed glazing bar sashes under flat gauged red brick arches to both fronts. Parapets with stone copings. Cast iron spearhead area railings. Included for group value only.
