  1. Mid C18 front, but the sundial on it is dated 1676, and some of the interior may date from that period. Two storeys and attic. Seven windows, 4 dormers with segmental heads. Faced with squared knapped flints. Eaves cornice. Hipped slate roof. The 3 centre window bays project with a pediment over. This projection and the flanking portions have long and short painted brick quoins. Windows in painted stuccoed architrave surrounds with segmental heads and glazing bars intact. Rusticated stuccoed doorway with curved pediment over and door of 6 moulded and fielded panels. In the tympanum of the pediment is a sundial with the initials NR and the date 1676. Rainwaterhead on each side with the initials ID and the date 1749. The back or garden front is faced with flints and red brick in horizontal strips and has 2 projecting wings with canted ends. The interior has a fine entrance hall and staircase.
