TQ 2879 NW CITY OF WESTMINSTER GROSVENOR CRESCENT, SW1 88/29 (north side) 24.2.58 Nos 1 to 10 (consec) GV II Incomplete crescent of terraced houses. Early C19. Stucco. Slate mansard roofs. 4 storeys and basements. Each house 3 windows wide. Channelling to ground floor. Projecting Doric porches. Square headed windows, mainly sashed, with some glazing bars. French casements to first floors, and continuous cast iron balcony. Dentil cornice above second floor. Nos 2 and 8 with giant Corinthian order linking first and second floors. No 1 with segmental bow to return with giant Corinthian order, enclosing northern vista from Belgrave Square. Graded II on account of its key position.
