BUCKLEBURY BUCKLEBURY SU 57 SE 6/28 Manor Farmhouse GV II Farmhouse. C16 with C18, C19 and C20 refacings and additions including large mid C19 wing to north. Timber framed with some later brick refacing and additions; plat band. Old tile roof with catslide over outshot to east ; 3 gabled projections to west, that to north-west half hipped. Ridge stack off-centre to left and stack to rear. Probable hall house of 3 framed bays with later additions. 1 storey and attic and 2 storeys and attic. West front: projection to left; ground floor glazing bar sash, first floor blank glazing bar sash and 2-light attic casement. 6-panelled door with glazed upper panels set back to right with small C20 leaded casement above. Central gabled projection; ground floor C19 half glazed door set back to right with 2-light casement above. Gabled projection to right; ground floor 2-light casement and small 2-light attic casement. Interior: smoke blackened roof timbers.
