WAKE GREEN ROAD 1. 5104 (south side) Moseley B13 No 50 SP 08 SE 12/69 II 2. Dated 1907 and said to be by one Mr Pepper, probably George Edward Pepper. Brick with stone dressings; tiled roof. In an Arts and Crafts style. Two storeys; 3 bays, that on the left carried up through both storeys and gabled, the centre one with steeply sloping roof in which a gabled 3 light dormer window, the third the garage with arched entrance, gable and cupola. The first bay with, on the ground floor, a polygonal bay window and, above it, another, smaller, 3 light bay window with splayed tile hanging below. The ground floor of the centre bay with a segment headed porch and a 4 light bay window beneath the eaves. All windows with leaded lights. The interior original in its planning and woodwork.
