KIMBOLTON EAST STREET TL 095675 (SOUTH-WEST SIDE) 6/17 NO. 7 24.10.51 GV II Dated 1733 on stone plaque in north-west gable wall. Two storeys and attic. Double pile house, symmetrical facade with C19 two storey rear wing attached to possibly an early C18 stable block now converted to domestic use. Local brick; rendered street facade with rusticated stone quoins. Plain tile roofs, end stacks. Three casement dormer windows. Three first floor recessed hung sash windows with key blocks. Two large casement windows with internal shutters flank doorway. Doorcase with fluted pilasters; panelled reveals continue in round headed arch with broken pediment and dentil decoration. Radial fan- light has cast-iron glazing bars. Six panelled door. Interior has early C19 details; staircase superimposed on earlier C18 stair, some original panelled doors.
