GV II

House, now two shops. Mid C18 with early C19 and later C19 alterations. Painted brick on painted plinth, with flat timber eaves band and modillion cornice. Coped left gable with shaped kneeler and brick end stacks to pantile roof. 2-storeys-and-attic; 4-window front. Central 4-panel door with overlight beneath bracketed flat hood and painted wedge lintel. To left, double shop front containing half-glazed door and overlight between bow windows with fluted sills, beneath plain fascia and moulded cornice. To right, single shop front of plain pilasters with imposts, plain fascia and moulded cornice, containing glazed and panelled door with overlight and plate glass window. First floor windows are 4-pane sashes with painted stone sills and painted wedge lintels. 2 flat dormers with 2-light large pane casement windows in attic.
