CASSINGTON BELL LANE SP4510 (East side) 25/22 Ivydene - II House. Mid/late C17, with later C18 extension to right. Coursed limestone rubble; gabled concrete tile roof; brick left end stack. 2-unit plan extended to right to make L-plan. Gable end of C17 house, of 2-storey-and-attic, 2-window range has flat stone arches and timber lintels over C20 casements including blocked doorway. One-storey, one-window range to right has flat stone arches over C20 door and casements. C17 range has flat stone arches and C18 plank door to rear. Interior: C17 range has chamfered and boxed beams; stop-chamfered bressumer over open fireplace in front room; winder stairs adjoining stack rise to attic; C17 plank door on first floor; butt-purlin roofs.
