NORTHALLERTON HIGH STREET SE 3693-3793 (west side) 7/45 No 188 (formerly listed as No 9.12.69 188 (premises occupied by Walter Willson) GV II House, now cafe. Early-mid C18 with later alterations. Painted brick in Flemish bond, aritificial stone slate roof. 3 storeys, 3 bays. Ground floor: C20 shop front. First and second floors: sash windows with flush exposed sash boxes, half- size on second floor, with projecting ashlar sills and keystones. Cornice. Brick end stack to right. Gabled rear wing of same age as front range.
