ALDERMASTON SU 56 NE 3/52 Frouds Farmhouse

GV II

Farmhouse. Late C16 with C17 and C19 additions. Timber framed with curved braces, brick nogging, tile hung gable end to south-east and tile hung first floor to rear. Old tile roof with projecting half hipped wing to left and 2 stacks. 2 framed bays, L-plan. 2 storeys and garret. Two C20 ground floor casements in wing to left; door set back to right with C20 casement above. C19 one storey addition to right with two C20 casements and door to right.
