  1. C18. Whitened granite rubble with raised pointing. Steep hipped roof of tarred slates. 3 windows. 2 storeys. Modern sashes with small panes, 3 modern fixed windows with small panes to ground floor. Admiral Benbow fascia board of decorative character (1959), over doorway.
