  1. Said to have been built in 1701. Granite ashlar. Slate hipped roof. Road. facade, 3 storeys, 5 windows, sashes, revealed casing, without glazing bars. Light granite eaves cornice. Entrance porch at side, open, 2 fluted Ionic columns, key motif frieze, doorcase with fielded panel reveals, traceried rectangular, fanlight, fielded panel door. Solid 2 storey projection above porch. Interior, good: staircase with turned balusters, Tuscan columns newels and moulded rail, panelled dado. Moulded ceilings. Panelled doors, doorcases. Semi-circular and elliptical arches. Panelled room.
