  1. Mid C19. Brown brick. Hipped slate roof. Three storeys. Continuous first floor sill band. Two bays facing the Abbey: canted corner: 6 bays facing the former Cholera Burial Ground of 1848-9: sashes with glazing bars (one tripartite on ground floor facing the Abbey). Door (facing Abbey) has 4 moulded panels, oblong fanlight, and wooden frame with pilasters and moulded cornice.
