4/46 Gateway to Church of St Agatha, approximately 25 metres north-east of church
GV II
Gateway. c1869. Probably by Sir G G Scott. Rubble and ashlar. Double- chamfered pointed arch with continuous moulding, set on chamfered plinths. Flanked by pilaster buttresses, coped at top, from which rise lateral gablets clasping main gable over archway with ashlar coping stones. Included for group value.
