KILMINGTON COTE LANE ST 73 NE (south side) 3/75 Cote Farmhouse II Farmhouse. Circa 1700, extended late C18. Coursed rubblestone, thatched roof with coped verges and gable end brick stacks. Two- storey, 3-window. Central 6-panelled door in beaded stone architrave, 2-light chamfered mullioned casement either side. First floor has three 2-light mullioned casements. One-bay late C18 addition to left with 2-light mullioned casements to ground floor and eyebrow dormer, lower roofline. Right return has lean-to shed. Rear has planked door and two 2-light mullioned casements within conservatory, three 2-light mullioned casements to first floor, one hipped attic dormer wth 2-light casement. Interior has deep chamfered beam and cupboards with fielded panelled doors and H-L hinges in room to left of entrance. Victorian fireplace surrounds, C18 doors with fielded panels. Former chee-seroom and dairy to rear retain flagstone floors.
