ST 46 SW CONGRESBURY C.P. HONEY HALL LANE (north side)

4/106 Honey Hall (formerly listed as Honey Hall Farmhouse) 9.2.61 II

Semi-detached house. Late C18. Colourwashed render with C20 double Roman tile roof. 3-storey, 3-window south front with rear wing forming L-shaped plan. Windows to ground and first floor are 16-pane sashes, those to upper are 12-pane sashes with central 9-pane sash. Central first floor window under semi-circular head is a 6-pane sash. Central 4 panel door with semi-circular spoked fanlight and open pedimented hood on plain brackets. String course band, blocking course, coped parapet and end stacks: one brick, the other rendered. The later extensions to left-hand are in separate ownership, known as The Cottage.
