HIGH STREET 1. (South Side) 1082 Nos 22,24 & 24A (Formerly listed as No 22 & 24 TL 5480 1/161 23.9.50. II GV 2, Early C19 brick fronts (Nos 22,24 are plastered) to a mediaeval stone house at the rear. 2 storeys, No 24A has C20 attic. 3 window range, double-hung sashes with glazing bars, in plain reveals. No 24A has a 3 light bay window without glazing bars, on the 1st storey. No 22 has a C20 shop front incorporated with the adjoining property No 20. Nos 24 and 24A have C19 shop fronts. Roofs tiled (C20). At the rear there is remains of mediaeval stone walling with stone pointed arched windows.

All the listed buildigns in High Street except No 2 form a group with The Almonry, Wall to the gardens of the Almonry and painted Chamber, The Sacristy Gate and Goldsmith's Tower, The College.
