SK 27 NW PARISH OF EYAM WOODLANDS HAZELFORD 4/2 29.9.51 Leam Hall
Small country house. Late C18 with later additions. Regularly coursed gritstone with projecting quoins, intermediate ashlar ridge stacks with moulded caps, stone slated hipped roof. Three storey main range, two storeys to additions. South east elevation; four bays, with glazing bar sashes with shuttered reveals, set-into projecting stone frames. Off-centre doorway with plain porch, having shallow crenellations to parapet, an open front and glazed light to side panels. Plain surround to doorway, and C20 glazed door. At north east end, a single storey, flat roofed, semi-circular bay window with projecting plain dripmoulding below plain parapet, and a plain band course above heads of curving sash windows.
