TQ 2882 SW CITY OF WESTMINSTER YORK TERRACE WEST 35/31 REGENT'S PARK NWl No 47 GV I Terraced town house, now flats. Facsimile rebuild of c.1824-26 house by John Nash as part of his Regent's Park Crown Estate development. Stucco; slate roof. Recessed in balanced composition with Nos 34 to 46 consec. q.v. but as a distinct facade; entrance to rear. 2 storeys and dormered mansard. 3 windows wide. Square headed windows in architraves to ground floor. Semicircular arched 1st floor windows recessed for one order. Cornice over ground floor and crowning cornice with parapet. 1st floor windows have stone balconettes with cast iron window guards; the stonework of balconettes moulded as cornice to ground floor windows.
