1932, by Ellis and Clarke with Sir Owen Williams. Corner building of 4 main storeys plus 3 stepped back. Reinforced concrete construction. Black glass facing with metal casements. Rounded corner and return cantilevered over roadway. Entrance with canopy and much metalwork continued in hall (by R Atkinson).
