- C18. Elevation to Bayley Lane. Red brick and stone dressings; 3 storeys, 8 windows with key blocks. Rusticated stone doorcase. Quoins to sides and intermediate corners. Moulded stone cornice at 2nd floor with inset pediment rising to coping of 3rd storey. Brick tympanum to pediment; quatrefoil window. Returned side, ashlar 2 storeys, the lower rusticated with blank arcading. 5 bays. 5 windows in moulded architraves with dripstones. Roman Doric columns divide the windows. Damaged pediment over. Plain pilasters to sides. County Hall on Ordnance Survey map.
