SP3003-3103 BAMPTON CHURCH CLOSE (South-west side) 13/61 Chest tomb in churchyard of St. Mary's, c.5m SE of Horde Chapel
GV II Tomb chest. Late C18, with illegible inscriptions. Limestone ashlar. Moulded base, coved cornice lid, triple fluted pilasters, moulded end panels. South inscription panel has worn carving of a pair of winged cherub heads.
